420 Jib – K7 Model
The K7 is the new generation Zaoli 420 jib, developed over the last two seasons through testing and direct feedback from our crews. It is an all-round design with a medium, balanced shape, suited to all crew weights and easy to keep fast from light to strong breeze.
The semi-radial panel layout keeps the shape stable under varying sheet tension, with a clean entry and a straight exit. Three things stand out on the water:
- Acceleration: the jib powers up immediately out of tacks and after waves, getting the boat back to speed with minimal effort.
- Ease of use: forgiving to rig tension and sheet position, the K7 stays fast through changes in trim and sea state without constant adjustment.
- Pointing: the clean entry and straight exit allow tight sheeting angles and high pointing without losing drive.
